About Ferrum Engineering
Here at Ferrum Engineering we pride ourselves in nailing not just the task at hand, but the finer details.
We believe that attention to detail is the difference between “that’ll do” and exceptional, and we aim to achieve nothing but the highest quality service and products.
Ferrum Engineering is a homegrown business, and the passion project, of Glen Muller.
Glen is a critical thinker and has a questioning mind, and is a natural at assessing products and processes- and finding solutions to better improve the quality and efficiency of these.
Glen isn’t your conventional engineer, he started his career in the Australian Defence Force, where he excelled in his class and obtained his first trade as a Fitter and Turner. He continued his working career, achieving his Diesel Fitter and Automotive Electrical Certification, and finally his Diploma in Engineering.
It should also be noted that Glen has worked “on the ground” for nearly 20 years, and it is this hands-on experience that sets him apart from others. Giving him a real world understanding of problems faced in the workshop and how best to address them.
This experience, in conjunction with his 3D CAD modelling skills, his certifications and his passion for engineering and design, is exactly what led Glen to Ferrum Engineering.
He is the “engine” of Ferrum Engineering- and is passionate about eliminating workshop maintenance & safety challenges with purpose built tooling solutions.
Do you have a task that is a constant headache in the workshop?
We know there must be a better and safer way- solving issues like this through engineering solutions, is what we do.
We can take your “home-made” workshop tooling, have them professionally drawn up, tested and certified to meet the relevant Australian Standards.
